If you evolve a Charmeleon (or any mid stage Kanto starter) until May 9th you will get the special charged move. So if you evolve a charmeleon nowadays it will know Blast Burn. (Also Ivysaurs to Venusaurs will know Frenzy Plant and Wartortle to Blastoise will knoe Hydro Cannon).

If you catch a Charizard rn u can get blast burn on it without evolving a lower form I got 2 both had blast burn

If you evolve Charmander Bulbasaur or Squirtle during the “Rediscover Kanto” event you get their Comm Day legacy moves! If you have a good one, evolve them now.

Oh my god, you're right! I remember I evolved my starter blastoise 2 days ago and I didn't even notice I got hydro cannon, I though it was hydro pump until I checked when I saw your comment

It is beyond me why we can’t use an Elite TM to get Dialgas and Palkias Signature moves in their respected forms.. doesn’t that kinda defeat the whole purpose of Elite TMs?

I always use them on pvp pokemon. Other people can carry you in Raids not in pvp tho and having those moves makes a world of difference sp you can win more and collect rewards a lot faster to power up your other raid pokemon

My Last Charge TMs i used was for my 14/10/15 Shadow Groudon (48) Precipice Blades, for my Shiny Shadow Mewtwo(47,5) 15/10/12 Psystrike, my Shadow Rhyperior(50) 12/13/12 Rock Wrecker and my 15/13/13 Shadow Garchomp Eart Power (46)

I'm at the point where I was looking at powering up some Eevee-lutions for the Great league GBL. I have a shiny Espeon which would benefit from the shadow ball to give it a ghost counter, and psybeam for my Sylveon for a poison counter. I have pretty much everything else with the proper movesets. But I did find a gyarados recently that was good for great league.

Shiny easily, unless you want to shiny hunt. People overestimate IV importance. If you're doing master league, do the hundo, but otherwise you can just pick the one you like more

96% iv Groudon is for Sure good enough to use Elite TM for Precipice Blades.. Has your 96 iv Groudon Attack 15 He does the Same damage as a 98 iv with Attack 15 and a 100%. Always Primal Groudon is better than Shadow Groudon . After your normal Groudon has Precipice Blades you can use another Elite Charge TM for Precipice Blades on your Shadow Groudon.

i don't get the point of legacy moves being restricted so hard. we need to chose elite tm for main pokemon or for pvp pokemon, nowadays, where everyone super competitive in the pvp even in 1500, elites becomes too rare and combining it with rocket events to remove frustration becomes such a hurdle to get that 1 pokemon which is hella good in some situation... (for example shadow whiscash,shadow swampert, registeel,shadow quagsire,crecelia,shadow feraligatr,lickitung and so much more)
