Hello. The fees for the 23hrs pdu is NOT included in the exam fee for CAPM. You should be having it before you even apply for the exam.

Hello. No, you don't need to upload it during application, but you need to mention the date when you finished the 23 PDUs course in your application. That date should match the date on your certificate for any future audits that may happen on your application.
