Hey and good morning from Portland OR. I have been looking into moving to the DFW area for a few months now, and because I work for one of the big companies headquartered in Plano I would be able to transfer over basically risk free from an income standpoint. I gotta say you guys are really convincing me. I didn't know anything about Dallas or Texas in general a few months ago but just based in the cost to buy a home there I am about %90 certain my first home will be in the DFW.
