Moko cases look great when brand new….but I’ve had a few of them, and after a couple weeks, the color on the edges wears off, and they start to look a little shabby. I like the idea of the clear bumper case….but only if I were planning to keep my Kindle at home all the time.

Screen protector is a hard pass for me. Kindle Basic has the best screen out of all current Kindles because it's indented and it's not covered by any plastic or glass layer. Screen protector takes this huge advantage completely away. I wish some sleeve case was included as well because that to me is always the best option. Moko sleeve cases are really great :)

Can't wait until my Kindle comes in the mail. I've been using a tablet for a few years and think the ink display would suit my eyes better. I also bought the second case shown and a screen protector!

I was glad to see a review of cases, but you didn't address the issues I had hoped you would cover. Number one for me is that I find the Amazon cover uncomfortable. This might not apply for a lot of people, but I have sensory issues and the sharp edge of the cover is extremely annoying to me. You mentioned that one of the cases, while similar in design, has less of an overlap, and I wonder if that would be enough to be more comfortable for me. Sometimes I pop the Kindle out of the case when I'm reading, but then I find the Kindle itself a little too slippery. I wonder if the clear case is slippery, and what kind of texture it has.

Paperwhite is larger and requires larger case. Most of the cases shown have identical models that fit Paperwhite models.

I'm not sure about your confusion on the Fintie kickstand. The obvious use is for when you're reading while eating a meal (or drinking coffee). You now have a hand free to hold your cup/fork/burger while using the other hand to page advance. I use it for this reason all of the time and it works perfect.

I have had the leather version of the official case for 3 years now and it looks brand new still. I read every day for around 3 hours. Hope that helps

14:13 I would say that's a glare. That's the only reason I never put a screen protector on my kindle. I love being able to read in any light. That's one of the features of a Kindle that makes it stand out against reading on a tablet or a phone. I've had my kindle for 3 years (with a cover case) and still have no scratches.

Love this review I ordered a clear case and screen protector like the last one. I see it’s now popular to put card stock inserts or stickers and add a pop socket or hand strap. Have you reviewed a hand strap? I wondered if it would fit over the clear case. I just upgraded from my 2015 6” 7th gen to the 6.8 11th gen. I had the pink leather kindle case.

I am just setting up my new Kindle signature e reader and in the “Storage management “ tab it says “used 543 of 26.77 GB” To my knowledge the Kindle Signature is supposed to have 32 KG storage!? I mean that IS what we paid for…. ! Thank you Would you be able to address this in a video?

It does have 32GB of storage but that same storage is also used for the software that runs the Kindle. Same with computers and most other devices. Total amount of storage is not total amount of usable storage.
