Awesome Sauce! Can't wait to see the rest of this and your choice of hardware/components.

Thanks! I just received the electron gear, I have a smoothflite 16 on hand. Right now I'm working on sourcing some fuel tank fittings, not that the stock won't work but it's questionable. Probably will be after the holiday season before I get deep into it, but I may make a video on the MB339 build progress before long!

@@BluegrassStateRC I'm doing a Hangar9 MB-339 too. I plan to start in a couple of weeks. I'll be recording it too.

It's not EA or Carf quality, but its not the same price either. Overall I'm pleased with it, not too far from having it completed

Looks great. I have an oddsey also was my first jet. I agree that for the price its still a great value despite some minor QC problems. I do wish the paint did not have as much orange peel as it does but you will never notice in flight. The best thing about the oddsey however is the way it flys, it tracks on rails even without a gyro and is very forgiving at all speeds. it can go 200mph or 50mph. (check out some of my videos) One tip i would have is make sure you use a lazer to align the thrust tube angle with the turbine or it will want to climb at full throttle. Enjoy the build!

Did you have to shim the thrust tube to offset the climb?

Also, I see 100k vehicles daily with worse orange peel. So that don't bother me 😂😂
