@@komaltayade4430 same scenario, it is same in every field candidates who have prior experience in the field are always preferred over newbie. Concerning to banking exams like RBI or nabard, they are always sought by already working professionals in some provate banks and have the knowledge of how things happen, these exams are not supposed to be aimed like with which you start carrier, having prior experience is not officially mentioned in their eligibility but it plays big role in final selection
