Don’t forget to clean your water heater with a vinegar solution and clean your fresh water tank with a Clorox solution. We do it twice a year but it should be done as your owner manual states.

We didn't show the water heater because we have the Aquahot system on our rig. The clorox solution is what we prefer for the fresh water tank.

Hey guys so glad you joined the collaboration they are all so great what a perfect fit!! We just did a bunch of this last week and got out on the Oregon Coast we were blessed with some 70 degree sunny weather had to move quick. You gave us a few more great tips and we appreciate it!! Excellent last tip we do all need to take that time and lay back and relax and enjoy!! Love your positivity we are alll working together and sharing the great gifts of this wonderful life and community!! Always great seeing you both can't wait to have a few drinks one day and hang! Oh whoever that was at the end they have the cutest puppy it looked juat like one of ours babies! Looking forward to watching not only more of your videos but more from your collab well done!

As a vehicle dynamics engineer, chassis and tire I recommend replace at 5 to 6 years, if not replace, then at 5 years of service life at least have them inspected by a certified tire specialist, they will need to be dismounted and inspected from the inside. I often speak at RV rallies and do seminars of tire safety, I go into detail and the reasons, with a bit of chemistry, science and some data. External appearances can be very deceiving.

Good tips. Have you every used a fresh water tank treatment like they sell at RV supply store. If so how does it compare to bleach , my daughter is sensitive to bleach. Stay safe in your travels.

Why use chlorine bleach instead of hydrogen peroxide to sanitize? Chlorine bleach leaves behind toxic residues and is more harmful to the plumbing. Cost is similar, but you do not need to do multiple flushes of the plumbing with hydrogen peroxide.

We have not tried the hydrogen peroxide to sanitize. Will have to try hydrogen peroxide next time. Thanks for sharing.
