I do not understand the many negative comments posted re: Top Secret. To me, Top Secret is far more creative, interesting and precise than any DCI drum line I have ever seen; and, when they play with top professional drum lines such as from the British military, Top Secret matches them stroke for stroke. I can watch Top Secret all day long. For my money, Top Secret is the very best drum corps in the world.

When I became sure that the 'Drummerview' is actually one particular drummer's view, I carefully observed all the patterns, kept track of the shuffles, and compared the drummer-view with the audiance-view. Then I, at my best deduction mode, found out who that one drummer was. The success of my method then was verified by the very clue all that was needed to be noticed but was missed while I was busy 'carefully observing'.

Why does it sound like the top secret drum corps only knows rolls? Is it the way the snare drums are tuned so tightly that the rebound frm the head turns into rolls or what it sounds good though.

To be fair, this is a second job for all of these guys, and writing and choreographing a routine like this takes a hell of a lot of time. Check for videos prior to the 2012 Edinburgh Tattoo for other routines. There's one from Red Square that pre-dates the Next Level routine seen here, although it does incorporate a few things that carried over into it. Also, LOTS of dropped sticks, lol. I was impressed none of them slipped and fell on their ass!

I see what you mean... but, just as trueholygoat said... None of them is a professional, they do that as a Hobby, and invenitng new stuff is extremely time consuming. I'm not saying it would be great to see something completely new... but I understand if that takes a Long time to be perfected in such a way, and I suppose we all don't want to see something new just for seeing something new, even if that means that it's not on such a high lLevel and quality...
