There are softwares that we utilize and those bot pick up the resumes ONLY with those keywords. Period. I've done the first part (copy/paste keywords in white) for years..... The Jobalytics piece is GOLD. The only thing I would add is to make sure your resume is ATS Friendly (Applicant Tracking Sytems). If you have a beautiful resume, most likely constructed by a graphic designer, the ATS software may not be able to "read" your resume. You can find ATS Friendly resumes on ETSY. (No. I don't have an ETSY store) I've just found a ton of success doing these steps....will be adding Jobalytics to my routine immediately. Thank you Kat!

Look at the JOB DESCRIPTION carefully and copy and past those KEYWORDS and put them in YOUR resume! That means that you are actually tailoring your resume according to the job you want! Once you have have done that, you should post your resume on those job boards. That's where your resume will get picked up by our companies and then we will call YOU!! Best of luck!

Hey Kat, thanks. I do love the information in your videos even though none has worked for me yet. However, that has nothing to do with the service that you're providing. By any means. So, this is my question: If I copy keywords and keyword phrases into my resume or CV and then change the colour to white, they would still occupy space on the paper won't they? I'm just curious because that means that there'd be gaps between the work experience sections on my resume right? And, overall my resume might go into more pages. I actually decided to come here because I was applying for a position and, the instruction was that the resume shouldn't be more than two pages. So, I was just wondering from the point of view of length and, the gaps that the white copies would create in a resume, why can't they just be in black and be the functions for each role?I don't understand why they have to be in white. Why can't they just be used to replace the existing functions on the resume for each role? Thanks.

They can be in black but if they are in white you can keyword stuff which I would not recommend in black because it is not in coherent sentences. I would add them in all the way at the end not in between each section

It's a lot of work though getting resumes to 80+%. A lot. Almost like an engineer constructing a steel structure of some kind. Fascinating. I have to create a resume for the various positions I have the experience, skill set and passion for. Tall order. Re-designing a website right now for an author of children's books out of New Jersey. Not a bad gig. However, my main objective is to get something in the range of say 48,000 to 60,000 per annum that's relatively permanent. No luck yet but, I'm at it. I won't stop until I do.
