I see this in two ways; one, briar is with devon, but she has feelings for myles, then in turns out that devon is abusive (1:16 he tries control her position and 3:07 when he pushes her and jumps over her) so she turns to myles. OR Briar is ill or something, and myles is an angel trying to take her to hevan, but devon won't let it. eventually devon is left alone and briar goes with the angel

I like your theories actually, but to me it looked like Briar was in love with Devon but then Myles lures her into loving him, and she try's to get out of the relationship that she has with Myles to get back with Devon but in the end Briar finds that she actually like Myles until she actually leaves Devon again. Idk that's what it looks like to me lol:) I prefer the one at showstopper though, I found it more controlled than this one.

I think this was one of earlier times they performed this and it’s still so good, but in another video of this dance where Briar is wearing a nude colored costume you can tell how much better they’ve gotten with this. Which is crazy because they were already so good.

Well they had more time to prepare for that one because that was a later competition (i think). Also, Briar was more flexible in the other performance. Plus they edited a few moves including an extra lift

Wow...I've watched probably thousands of dance videos all over KZbin but honestly this one is the most amazing I have ever seen. This dance is so emotional and beautiful. I think that there are so many interpretations of this dance in m opinion. I understand all of the other ones but what I understood from it was it was showing being in love with two people. Like one you know is good for you and the other is someone who is bad for you but you can't leave them be because you love them so much. It may sound different than everyone else's opinion but that's just what I got. I love this dance omg

Hi, Basically the girl in white is dying/ dead and the guy in white is an angel taking her to heaven but the guy in black is her boyfriend / husband and he is trying to keep her alive until she finally dies and the Angel takes her to heaven .

Personally I see it as the boy in black as the "bad boy" and the boy in white as the "good guy" she is in love with the bad boy but she knows in the long run the good guy will be better and she doesn't really love him he just gives her security. In the end she gives in the bad guy who she really loves and goes with the more secure guy
