Top-shelf carnitas tacos -- inexpensively

Here we show how to make really top-shelf, flavorful tacos for pennies on the dollar! And, OMG!, they were good. With some interesting texture twists.
As I often do with Maki, I tend to over-fill tacos, either cut back, or better, use bigger tortillas :-)
