you should try prekmurska gibanica ... its not so easy to find it .. i know that there is a good one in trojane...and since youre there try trojanski krof and try cocta .. way better than coca cola

Čokolešnik or čokolino is one of my favorite products. It's baby food, that every one eats :) Not just babies :D

I was very sceptical of bučno olje - ice cream but it was recommended to me by several people and as a true bučno lover I had to try... it's freakin' amazing!!!

I live in Australia and I love bučno olje. Thankfully I can order it through a Slovene lady in Queensland that imports the oil from Slovenija. My other favourite things are Cockta and Kiki bonboni

In Ljubljana airport I saw them selling bučno olje and showing pictures of it on ice cream. So of course I had to try it - and I can confirm that it's zelo okusno!

Frutabelas and Pingos. Especially Pingo (the Fructal drink) is the hugely popular thing amongst teenagers rn (mostly because it costs like 29 cents in Spar but it also tastes really good)!

We love Radenska water! Gorenjka chocolate is better than belgian chocolate, in my opinion...And we like Polenta very much - for breakfast, fried in a pan & dipped in coffe. I know it sounds odd, but my slovenian grandmother made this every morning.With this, you´re full ´till the evening...

I really love the pumpkin oil! I tried to get it here in the Netherlands but didn't manage to:( I found *some pumpkin oil* once and it was nothing like this Slovenian one... I guess I need to go on holiday there :)

Zelo dobro je z vanilijevim sladoledom ja, najboljše z Bourbonsko vanilijo.. malo pokapljaš z oljem, dodaš še par prepraženih bučnih semen in čisto malo soli, super kombinacija !

As someone who lives abroad I'd say I miss the most Poli, Čokolešnik, Frutabela and Teran :) I've never seen anyone putting the oil on the ice cream :D haha and the other stories sounds like you probably have friends with a lot of imagination :))
