What a stupid test, why not fly at 40.000ft with an IAS of 300 or something and TAS will be approx the same

Nothing stupid about it. My test showed the top speed achieved from about 30,000ft in this particular jet, at these particular parameters. Feel free to make your own test from 40,000ft. Thanks for watching and have a great day! 👍🏼
