Interesting plot exposed by the nomination of the dual citizen to the Supreme Court. When Gertrude read her April 2024 Judgement, she was simply implying that the chief justices of the supreme like herself who are required to act as presidents in the absence of the president, vice, and speaker, could be dual citizens but the rest (presidents, vice presidents, speakers and MPs) could not be dual citizens. This kind of judicial deduction and judiciary packing will erode the value of the rule of law. Already, some Judgements read at the Supreme Court sounded like weak law students' first year examination scripts.
