A small child with a firearm is probably the most erratic and unpredictable situation . With some adults you can more or less read them but with a little kid who knows what they're bound to do . As with kids without guns , very unpredictable . { & If a sitting president is making false claims that are putting Americans lives at risk then he should definitely be banned from social media and more . Yeah I don't get this at all. Plus how hard is it to call the police. It seems no one wanted to be wrong I guess?? Maybe the administration didn't want to get sued. But that's ridiculous.. because the family called and reported the gun was missing. So don't get that either. Thinking things need to change. Students don't get expelled anymore. In most cases they are never kicked out of school. Hate to ramble on but I realize he's six but there are other children that deserve an education and his rights don't supersede their rights.

My question is why didn't all these teachers reporting stuff just call the cops? And does a 6-year-old actually have rights to where they couldn't have searched him? Why would they have to ask administrators to do that couldn't the teacher just be like "empty your pockets little boy"? Yes the administrators didn't do anything but isn't it the teacher's responsibility to call the police if they know a kid has a gun? Also I think it's hilarious that the parents of the 6-year-old just keep saying that the "Gun was Secured". They really need to stop saying that because obviously it wasn't.

Same thing happened to me as a teacher. I wasn’t shot but I was hit in the head and now have post concussion synddrome. I taught a student that was not supposed to be on campus and the Principal and other administrators did not protect me. I kept emailing and emailing saying I need help! He was a 8th grade 6ft male.

Mine is important to avoid another Monterey massacre. Used to work at Assumption uni, the uni installed recorders in teachers office, stole the voice conversation and uploaded on social media for fun for years without the teachers’ awareness. This violation of Assumption uni or Abac led to many times horrible and bloody incidents of the teachers working there. Abac or AU never claimed any responsibility of stealing.

Reparations are a nonstarter period. Once you open this you will have American Indians, women, and basically, anyone that feels they were given a raw deal, our courts would be backlogged and the costs for such things are simply wrong, who is deserving to be judge and jury deciding who should pay I think this is ridiculous. I also would never have allowed my seven children to attend schools that push any curriculum teaching anything to do with LGBTQ theories. Many of these subjects should be taught by the parents not schools with political agendas.

Why not teach reparations? It only gives the idea that one race of people perpetually owe another race of people for issues that happened before their grandparents were born. To perpetually owe another human being gives a distinct power dynamic. If you don't believe that go tell your landlord you don't like the way he acts, see how it works. It depends on whether or not the teacher or an administrator heard him state that he has a gun, and even then, the 4th amendment protects against unreasonable searches. In a minors case would require parental authorization, Without probable cause, then there is no reasonable articulated suspicion to perform a search, and doing so, therefore, would be a violation of the kids' 4th amendment. Sounds like the administration failed to get parental authorization and failed to easily bypass said need for authorization by bringing in an alert dog to hit on the kid, thus giving probable cause to perform a search. Sounds like the administration all around failed ntm the parent for not securing that firearm as required by law.
