Do you have to pay to use the Shoutout command? Your video shows that you selected the "!so" template, but there are no templates on the Template dropdown on my Streamlabs dashboard, which is otherwise working normally.

Yes. If you haven't found it yet, I think you need to use the streamlabs chatbot (Separate application) and the counter feature in there. I think there are youtube tutorials on this

I think it has to be manually changed by yourself or your mods, I'm not entirely sure though.

How about for a "!clip" command? I can find something for the Chatbot, but nothing for Cloudbot. Anyone?? Are these comments even monitored?

The meta has sort of moved away from clip commands TBH. Your streamer dashboard has a clip hotkey and you can link that hotkey to external devices like a Loupdeck or streamdeck.

@@Streamlabs Uh, I don't think this is the case that people have moved away from this. Nearly all the people I watch on Twitch have this setup for their viewers to clip for them. For a streamer to stop and clip something in the heat of whatever it is they are doing isn't possible, that's why viewers ask for this.
