Ok I'm confused so does touta get stronger or something because if he has the same skills and the same magic as negi does that not mean he's as good if not better then negi because he is a clone of him like will he eventually get stronger or what

Yea touta has the same magic as negi but not the same skills, he has some of them but there's some that he can't do just yet due to inexperience. And ideally he should get stronger but I'm not the author so I don't know.

I understand where you're coming from, but touta beat fate fairly easily in their fight. Later on kuromaru beat touta that had gotten stronger after the fight with fate, so I couldn't place him higher than those two.

@@eyepatchkingken I think that Fate wasn't really ready to use all of his strength because he underestimate Tota a lot. And he hadn't lost against Evangeline, witch means that he is at least as strong as she.
