Oh my gosh. That was incredible. Beautiful, mesmerizing. And when she removed the feather and the rest collapsed it was even more meaningful. One seemingly small thing insignificant thing can make an impact on creating something even greater. And it is no longer insignificant. The light as air feather was the strongest component of the entire creation. It was foundational to the whole thing. When it fell it brought tears to my eyes. Not because it came apart but because I felt there was an underlying meaning and message a person can take away from this beautiful piece of art.

@@tinymcgoo1195So the notches and tacky substance knew exactly when to give way when she gently removed the feather? Yea, right. Its called Sandhorn Balance. It relies on locating the center of gravity of each component ( beginning with the feather) as you progress stem by stem requiring concentration, precision, and determining the exact point along the stem where one component perfectly holds in balance the previous component. You can learn more about how this "art form" ( based on science principals of center of gravity / center of mass) first developed. I have watched others online demonstrate this technique. To me its mesmerizing and mind boggling to watch. But apparently critics and skeptics look at it as trickery.

@@tinymcgoo1195 Give me a break. The technique its called Sandhorn Balance. It is based on determining the center of gravity of each component - beginning with the feather and then determining the exact point of center of gravity as you add the next component and so on. When the feather is removed it disrupts the balance at the centers of gravity of the remaining stems. It takes concentration, precision, not to mention gentleness. You can read about the technique and when it originated. And see others perform it. I find it mesmerizing and incredible. Apparently skeptics just jump to calling it trickery.

@@tinymcgoo1195 Oh, give me a break. The technique is called the Sanddorn Balance technique. Its been around for 15+ years. It is based in scientific principal of locating the center of gravity ( beginning with the feather) then finding the center of gravity of each palm stem that is added. It takes concentration, focus, precision and scientific accuracy. ( not notches and glue) Tbe creator of this " artistic" balance technique won awards and notoriety for his unbelievable skill. If it was discovered he used "tacky stuff" he would have been labelled a fraud. He went on to share his skill, knowledge and technique to a few others. Each person that has learned how to do this no doubt adds their own drama, style, music, etc to the mesmerizing technique but that only adds to the incredible skill and beauty to the demonstration. Look up online Sanddorn Balance. You will see a lot of info and explanation how science and art come together. Not notches and tacky stuff.
Nothing small is insignificant, it is the foundation and strength of existence. Truly meaningful, and something we should never forget. I remember a lady once sending me a card with a packet of seeds, I planted the and my garden literally blooms ever spring. No expensive flowers come close to that gift for me.... Nature is truly magical! ❤
Excellent. Never ever seen anything like this. Great performance. 👍👍👍
