Airasia does NOT offer in flight entertainment (no personal TV screen). Even in Business class.

I guess it's important to review what you recording before you record what was said about Air Asia what's not typically right, images of other airlines were displayed when talking a different airline!

AI narration and mispronounced words- o-see-ania.....more like oceania.......qatar is far from cheap. jet blue is certainly not cheap, either and does not have lounges.

The fact that Turkish Airlines still operates their outdated 2-2-2 configuration on their 777 and their narrow coffin seat 1-2-1 on their 787 with their lousy and unfriendly crew make Turkish Airlines overrated and zero value for money

"Zero" value? Wow, pretty harsh. Guess they don't even get their aircraft off the ground much less to your destination.

@@WilliamMurphy-uv9pmwell maybe harsh but I was utterly disappointed in the business service as well as the seat . Overhyped airline . Flight stewards seemed like they preferred somewhere else .

@@wengelder9256 It is great when you provide a clear explanation as to what you like and what you dislike. You are intitled to your opinion. Over-generalized comments or comments so extreme that they cannot be true don't reinforce your opinion. Just the opposite. You shoot your own credibility down the tubes. Makes your opinion almost worthless. You don't want to do that no matter how outraged you are from a bad experience. Remain calm and list facts. Let us decide for ourselves about what you experienced. Thanks for the follow-on comments and good luck on future flights.

@@WilliamMurphy-uv9pm ok … since you think of yourselves very highly as the “ comments police “ , I will give you my experience . The staff never showed any engagement with their customer . They weren’t unfriendly , but neither friendly . After take off I noticed the whole cabin was drinking champagne . My wife and I were never asked for any drinks . Apparently , if you don’t ask , you don’t get . That is a unique experience and not in the good sense . Food … same thing… don’t ask don’t get . The whole concept of the flying chef who actually cooks onboard is nonsense . Never saw a chef . The food is average for business class . If we compare to QSuites , the conclusion is that Qatar ( and Emirates , Singapore and Cathay ) are miles ahead in terms quality , service and presentation . Qatar , in his QSuites , has fantastic meals and the staff will work with you pro actively . As for refills of wine and champagne , not one time it happened spontaneously. Have to ask every time and the more I asked the less friendly the staff became . Seats were ok . Not very comfortable , not uncomfortable Turkish Airlines was just bang average . My expectations were high considering there is so much propaganda. Maybe hype is the better word . Maybe my standards are way higher than yours . Anything else you like to know ? Color of the shirt I was wearing ? Registration number of the aircraft ? Anything . And for what it’s worth .. my comment was not an outrage . Just expression of dissatisfaction or disappointment . Do u have a reading disorder ? Maybe you were t able to distinguish between my comment and the comment of someone else ?

@@wengelder9256 Thanks for your follow-on comments. Many were useful to others and much better explained your dissatisfaction. Why didn't you do that in your first attempt. You let your anger get away from you. That is on you and not Turkish airlines. Never a good idea. But, thanks for adding clarity now. Better late than never. Specifics as you pointed out helped to clarify your point. Otherwise, you come across simply as a loose cannon who perhaps should not be believed. This is feedback to help you better your future comments and not aimed as a personal criticism of you as you seem to be very sensitive about. Anytime you pay a high price you should expect special service. You did not get it and that is on Turkish airlines. You have the right to your opinions and readers need to trust you. With more clarity and fewer generalizations we can. Without that you come across as simply a hot head or troll. You want people to listen to you and your points. I understand that. Make your points ckearly and let the reader decide. Your final comments gave that clarity. Thanks.

I used to fly Turkish Airlines, but now it’s already expensive so I switched to Emirates. You get easy boarding from the lounge to your gate of departure, free car service to take you from your airport of arrival to hotel and also pick up from hotel to airport for your departure. Etihad also has this service and usually cheaper than Qatar Airways, so I don’t understand why Qatar is in this list!
