If you need paper strips you can tear/cut strips of thick-ish watercolor paper as tester strips - they're mostly gelatin sized, odorless and pure white - either that or a thick filter paper like Whatman's

I was so happy to find Feminite du Bois at #1, it's really perfectly suited for the holiday season! Merry Christmas and happy new year, Ram! BTW, I could tell this was a new phone/camera because the (unbalanced) audio issue seems to be resolved :) EDIT: SOTD is Ambre Narguile from Hermes which also fits the vibe ;)

Christmas smell for me is Pine needles, Orange (specifically Clementine), and Clove. There are many Serge Lutens fragrances that hit the mark with the clove note (especially Serge Noire), and Baptême de Feu should in theory be a good candidate, but it lacks the pine. The same goes for Des Clous Pour Une Pelure, also by SL, but it's more for summer than Christmas. The closest I've smelled is White Fir by Pineward, but its smell is very temperature/moisture dependant and only works when it's below freezing temperatures outside and the air is bone dry.

I just bought both: Jaipur edt & edp… the edt was a little bit harder to find than the edp but still managed to get them both! Since the weather varies throughout the yr in the NY/NJ tri-state area, the edt will be more for the warmer/cooler days!! Thank you Ramsey, you’re the homme 🫡

Merry Christmas Ram! My SOTD today, Xmas Day, will be Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille. My SOTD yesterday was Costume National Homme EDT. My SOTD this past Sunday was Escada Pour Homme, which I have the same 30ml bottle as you. I have a newer bottle of Aramis JHL, a bottle of Cinnabar, and a bottle of YSL Opium. I gifted a girlfriend a bottle of Youth Dew (hourglass bottle with bow). Cinnamon is the festive holiday spice if ever there was one. In my Cinnamon collection I would also add CK Obsession for Men, and Serge Lutens Rousse - a Cinnamon scent. And I still really rate the 1970 Hermès Equipage high on my list of Cinnamons. And going back to Thanksgiving day, for S's and Giggles I wore a combo of Phoenix Shaving scents: Space Nog, which is a spiced egg nog scent with lots of cinnamon, and Atomic Pumpkin, a scent replicating a spiced pumpkin pie.

Just recieved my Jaipur EDP. I am really loving it. Now, some people compare this to Naxos. There is absoluteley no similarity at all. These people need to get nose jobs. What this does smell similar to is Mont Blanc Presence.

Maybe it’s my way of “saying thanks” since I enjoy your content: The video recording lacks details. At 1080p it looks blocky, and when you move your hand distortions appear. Vibrations get transferred. Since you said a vid or two back, you shoot gonzo (one go, no post), try an action cam in 4K/HDR. They have stabilization built in. DJI Osmo Action 4 or similar, someone will borrow you one I’m sure. 🙂
