Love this Rosie, makes me feel more confident about what I’ve written already, thanks so much it’s so helpful🙌🏼 also especially loved “don’t just say you want to be a midwife because you like one born every minute”🤣 I hate how the media portrays Midwives sometimes! Don’t get me wrong I do like that programme, but it doesn’t truly show all of the hard work you all do💖

Hi Rosie ☺️ in relation to point 9. as UCAS only allows one statement, how would we tailor to each course please? For example, my statement will be solely about Midwifery but I am also applying to other courses as a back up. Will I need to somehow send a separate statement for the other courses please? Sorry if it’s a stupid question! Thankyou!😊 x

Hi Becky - It's been a while since I did my application but I'm pretty sure you can add applications to your UCAS after you've initially sent it? Might be worth looking into but I was under the impression you could apply to say, 3 midwifery courses, with a midwifery statement, and submit your application. And then add the other two applications for a nursing course afterwards having tweaked your statement to be more nursing focussed or vice versa. Might have changed since I did it but definitely worth looking into. xx
