I tried buying a torque wrench from the back table but they wouldn't apply the 40% off because it wasn't part of the AS-IS items but they couldn't tell me what the AS-IS items were.

The as is items are not the open box items they are sent on the delivery trucks that are returns/refurbished items. Not all locations get the as is delivery’s
