Love this! thank you, Charles Massey, Allen Williams et el One thing that I am not sure is being made really clear in talks like this around the subject of animals in the landscape and that is the TIME FACTOR. For most people, farmers and non-farmers, living deep in their brains is the idea that animals can only be damaging to the environment... THIS is the paradigm that needs to shift more than anything. It is only a relatively recent realization (thanks to André Voisin and Allan Savory) that is still not generally understood that it is NOT the numbers of animals on the landscape BUT the time those animals spend on the landscape! It might be that it has become a given for many of those people working in this space that this is not stressed. In my small scale advocacy (ie just talking to others over coffee) it is telling them of this that seems to shift something... Another talk was referred to - is this recorded somewhere?
