I really don't think I have ever demonstrated how to cut rhinestone flock with my Cricut Explore Air 2. In this tutorial, I am showing the absolute best settings for cutting rhinestone flock perfectly! If you are ready to create your own templates, you will need Silhouette Studio Business Edition. Hi there, nope. Any cutter should be able to cut the template. If you are asking about making the template, I suggest using Silhouette Studio business edition.

In order to make the template, I used the Business Edition of Silhouette Studio. In order to use the template, you will just need a cutting machine.
