2:35 at low percentages, small increments are quite large. 1% is 1/100 vs 2% is 1/50 Quite a big jump in odds

Baseline odds aren't 1/100 though. Base odds are roughly 1/500.

Plus we've seen from past events thst the shiny boost is WAY more that 2x for ticket holders. For past Go Tour and Go Fest events, ticket holders have come away with 9-15 shinies per day while non ticket holders are lucky to find 2 or 3. Just watch social media on Monday for all the people saying "I played all weekend and only got four shinies! This was the worst event ever!" If you don't buy a ticket, don't expect to find any shinies. Then if you do, you've exceeded your expectations.

REGIONALS!!! A $15 ticket costs a hell of a lot less than a plane ticket to mexico where maractus and Corsola spawn. I'm aware they can get as far north as orlando or new orleans sometimes, corsola has the widest regional range due to coastlines but still. Unless you live somewhere that has them regularly that is a very good value

The shiny boost is usually more than worth it. Sure you can not put too much weight on it because they can screw us over with lower than usual rates (which they did in the first part of 2022 go fest, luckily the finale weekend made up for it) but usually the rates are quite good and are the main reason to buy the ticket

Here are some recommendations for what specificallu to mega in each habitat: Dawn Meadow, Rayquaza and Sceptile cover the most things so use either of those unless you want to hit something specific like G-Stunfisk or Heatmor Shining Day: Charizard X, Rayquaza, and Venusaur cover the most things. Charizard is preferred over Rayquaza for this habitat as Charmander is more meta relevant than Solrock, but both megas are solid and you may already have Rayquaza megad from the previous habitat so that could save you energy. Creeping Dusk, Charizard X, Pinsir, and Gengar are the best here. Charizard X hits the two most meta relevant pokémon in the habitat in Gible and Litwick but both have had com days in the past so decide for yourself if you need the candy or XLs. Any Bug mega is great for this habitat but Pinsir is the best as it also hits Emolga while the other bug megas don't cover anything else. Gengar hits the 3 ghosts as well as Venipede and Spinarak. Darkest Night, Gyarados, Aerodactyl. Gyarados covers the most spawns and the two best raid attackers in Mudkip and Deino while Aerodactyl covers the 2 best great league pokémon in Gligar and Carbink while still covering a decent amount of the other spawns.

If you special trade more than one person yes. If you're trying to special trade 1 person and that person doesnt have a ticket, no. Its similar to if you have an extra special trade left but the other person doesnt, you cant special trade each other

I'm in the same boat and yes that is the case. You need 30 Cosmog Candy and Solgeleo or Lunala to fuse and like me if you don't have them then yes you must get a ticket in order to fuse as that's the only way to get it. Don't let these YT influencers FOMO you into spending man, you know your budget better than anyone so it's your call if you spend or not. Personally I'm not spending and will wait for it to he free but I'm fine with waiting. I have a friend who's a YT influencer and can confirm Niantic gives these guys free stuff to "showcase" (Market) you into FOMO so you spend. It's like a drug dealer giving you a free hit sp your hooked and spend money

Unfortunately, we Pokemon Go players won't obtain Solar fusion energies and Lunar fusion energies by using Dusk Mane and Dawn Wing as your buddy adventure by walking 20 Kilometers for n number of fusion energies. Unlike we obtained mega energies just assign had been mega evolved Pokemon as your buddy adventure walking for n KM distance for n number mega energies. Look like Niantic planned for Solar and Lunar Fusion energies became extremely rare item.!!!

I mean honestly with how much XP it would step up with anyways to achieve level 60 looking how much of an increase it was per level 40+, wouldn't be surprising if they just increased the required XL candy needed to max the pokemon, though i would suggest they rebalance the system to allow a little more productivity from level 40->50 because mathematically and theoretically 50->60 would be even less productive, and I'm pretty sure 40->50 was a 2% increase. POINT is, why spend nearly 1M stardust and 500+ XL candies in that case for a 0.5% increase if it stays the same?

Free remote raid limit are for the hardcore players. I mean who wants to spend 5+ remote raid passes on a regulsr basis?? Its another money grab from Niantic. I would much more prefer them lowering the cost of them and then they can keep their limit for all I care.

@@darkrai7597 Excactly. Its a very small minority I believe who truly suffers from the cap: those willing to pour tons of rl money into the game. For the rest of us, and that be the vast majority, a simple lowering of price would benefit alot more.

@@darkrai7597 Those players must be of the very active and committed segment of the game. Even with no cap and the current price of remote raids it would cost . Personally I have "bit the bullet" and build up 3 pretty good accounts lvl 47-48 and a 4th one rising. I live in a rural area and the active players are sparse. At least now I can confidently raid almost all Pokemons alone with no need for remote raid passes. Only exception are the Elite raids of which I needed just a tad power despite of 3 x strong teams. Hence the 4th account up and coming played on a shitty old iPad 😅

Level 60 pokemon would break pvp it simply cannot happen. Either level 60s must be banned from pvp or levels upwards of 60 should be trainer levels only and pokemon stay with a cap at level 50.
