Wanna know whats so frustrating is so many women try to do everything right and perfect and get told NO but then you have those who are carelessly just doing whatever they want without a worry and they get pregnant. So ladies if I could give you one piece of advice - give yourself some grace!

I just want to come here to Thank You Dr. Marcsklar ❤ If it wasnt for you and this channel i would not be pregnant at my age 40. Im going to be straight up with you. I didnt have the extra money 💰 to get the fertility treatments but studying your videos and the way to eat and incorporated 3 things that sky rocket my AMH and you couldn't tell me nothing when i got that BFP. ❤. @@akshatak7206 can't remember the starting amh but I do know that it was not even close to a one and I had zeros in front of my number. I took cq10, DHEA 50mg, folic acid 800mg that's all and I followed all the protocols from his videos . I could not afford organic foods but I did switch up and place more vegetables in my diet.

Im still trying at 41 and I have hope. My new doctor has diagnosed me with irregular periods, despite I get my cycle every 27 days and they last 5 days. We will see what the labs say when they return. I am strongly considering applying for the program and see what luck I have.

We women are really unlucky that in this modern world, Medical science has developed a lot but not in fibroid treatment because doctors cannot remove or shrink or reduce fibroid from uterus by using medicine at all. Doctors are failed in treating fibroid by using medicine. Why women need to get an abdominal myomectomy in uterus to remove fibroid rather it could be removed by applying vaccination or medicine on this deadly disease in women. It is known that about 80% women in the world have fibroid in their uterus. Although vaccination for cancer of uterus has been discovered but not for fibroid at all. It is a shame for all the gynecologists and scientists on women diseases especially for fibroids. Now, all the doctors in the world and medical scientists are requested that please discover a vaccine or medicine for fibroid in uterus so that lots of women can get rid of having a big scar on their abdomen for fibroid operation. Please share it with all of the people and doctors in the world so that vaccine or medicine can be discovered very quickly which can help reduce operation for fibroid treatment.

I'm 39 almost 40 and I have irregular periods cycles 45-50 days lasting 3 weeks at a time and heavy. Despite a transvaginal test said I had a thick womb their is no underline cause of my condition. I've been trying 10 years for baby number 4 with my new fella and have several miscarriages. However I'm surprised doctors have told you your periods at 27 day cycle is rare. Hope all turns out well for you .

Perhaps the day you ovulate varies a lot within each cycle 🤔? That could land you with an overly short/long luteal phase

I started using castor oil packs after my period and stop when my fertile window starts two cycles ago and it’s helped my period so much! I was having light 3-4 day periods with dark brown/dark red blood and this last period it was 6 days, with 1 1/2 healthy heavy days and had beautiful bright red blood! I feel like there is no TMI when it comes to TTC but I highly recommend castor oil packs! Also I used the one Dr. Marc had in his video, the queen of the thrones brand and I bought it on Amazon prime.

But I’ve heard they do affect pregnancy and have blood thinning effects.. not sure if it’s wise to use them when trying to convince .. but they do help with fibroid shrinkage..

Dr.Sklar. I have irregular periods, I am 45. I was tested, and my amh is 1.58. I was tested for testosterone and was normal and normal thyroid good cholesterol. Liver looked good. I have trouble sleeping at night I wake up around 2-3am during the night and fatigued. My dr gave me metformin to help. Seems i have gained weight. I am thinking I need to apply I need help figuring out whats going on.

I am taking daily Ubiquinol (600 mg), R-Lipolic Acid, folic acid (400 mcg), vitamins C, D and E, zinc, selenium and melatonine (0,295 mg). Now I am considering adding Omega-3 (DHA + EPA). It may sound a lot but I am 47 already and dreaming of having one more child. Does it sound like a reasonable set of supplements, dear Dr. Marc Sklar? Im nearly 40 and have been trying for baby number 4 for 10 years with my new partner. Since 32 i cand off antidepressants and my cycle was 45_56 days lasting 3 weeks wity heavy clotting . They still are. 😢 i have gotten pregnant only to miscarry each time. I have also had a transvaginal test and it showed a thick womb. Im not perimopause, nor POCS, . I cane of more antidepressants last months due to it interferes with the paturity gland and despite being a uk size 18 wity a fatty liver im trying to loose weight. What woukd cause 3 week periods and lkng cycles with no cause please?

I have a question.. What if someone gets their period every 3 weeks (after miscarriage).. and what’s to test their progesterone levels .. does that mean they ovulate 11 days before /after their period instead of 14 days? and to do the test do they count from day 11, add 7 days for it to become their post ovulation day and do the test on that day? please confirm, thanks you.

Dr. Sklar, I recently did a second IVF cycle, unfortunately I developed severe OHSS. I developed 30 eggs and still did a fresh embryo transfer. The OHSS took about 5 weeks to resolve itself, we’ll I had 3 aspirations procedures. The good news is that I’m pregnant, but after I went in for my first ultrasound they said I measured 5 weeks 1 day which was a week behind schedule. I’ve been so anxious for a week waiting to do a second ultrasound. Do you think if I have a miscarriage it can be caused by the health of my eggs? I’m 38 year old, and according to the fertility clinic I’m working with everything checked off before doing this cycle. Can OHSS cause an early miscarriage?

Can you provide some tips for someone trying to conceive who has fibroids. I just turned 36 all my levels and test are in good shape , I eat pretty good. But about a year and a half ago I got a laparoscopy to remove a fibroid that was not inside but pressing against my uterus. After the surgery I started eating better and Monitoring my cycles which they definitely improved all my levels are good but when I went back to check looks like not only did the fibroid come back I got two small cysts to add to it. I’m devasted idk why and I still have not gotten pregnant. Any tips

You can definitely get pregnant with one fallopian tube, did they say your remaining tube was clear? There's still a chance to have another ectopic even with IVF, I would try naturally first. I had an ectopic this past October, removed my right tube as well. Not sure if I'm going to try again as I already have two children girl and boy
