I made the mistake of trying to challenge my ex in court and without a lawyer, I got steamrolled. It’s been almost 2 years and it’s worse than it was when I originally brought this case to the courts attention. I didn’t know that the judge doesn’t look at evidence unless it’s brought to her by myself so in the last two years only evidence in court has seen is what my husband Lawyer brought to the table. Then with that the judge makes her decision to this day still, she has no idea what’s going on and I can’t seem to get the courts to hear or look at anything from previous rulings or go back in time at all. I have all this evidence against my husband showing that he’s lied he’s stealing he’s using false documents that he’s Made up to get restraining orders all the above. I’m just so crooked and wrong and I’m still the bad guy in the eyes of the court. He used an old drug charge to start drug screening which I was happy to do because I’ve got nothing to hide, but I did not know that they were. They would make me do it for six months and that every time I have a no-show, they considered as a dirty, and it just keeps snowballing and snowballing while my husband thinks that he can do anything, and the courts allow him to get away with everything because I have all drug charges, my drug charges makes it OK for him to do anything he wants. He doesn’t follow the parenting plan he’s always in contempt driving around drunk with the children everything I mean everything the courts expected him to do he’s not doing he tells the courts right to their me, and the judge that he’s not doing this and then leaves the courtroom and does the exact opposite. I am desperate to get a lawyer. I’ve called a couple different people. Nobody wants to represent me and nobody thinks that the court will look at the evidence from the past I need a lawyer so bad I have $5000 and I can’t find a lawyer

Final orders set for March 14th 2024. He has super attorney. Also permanent protection date set for 2/13/2024 $3,000. Or jail time

No money for attorney. Personally pro se -getting false wrong answers to what to do from self help Jefferson County Courts. Other in this divorce has permanent protection order violated x 2 This is County in Denver Colorado

Unsure how to prove this but years ago my ex outright admitted lying to a police officer after being pulled over with several of their friends/co workers had gone out drinking together...with my ex explaining how they used gum to cover up the smell on their breath. Any ideas? especially seeing they were once a daycare director.
