Yay, Romania! You know I was going to comment about it! 😍🥰 But I would move it from the 2-week category to the month category. Once you start diving deeper into the country and the culture, it just grows on you. We're headed back in May and again at Christmas.

Loved this video! I totally agree with many of the stops you stayed in. I also liked the way you presented budget travel verses the not so budget. Thank you!

When to Romania this past summer and loved every minute of it! We especially loved getting in to the countryside. While there we were able to celebrate our B&B owner's birthday with traditional dancing, dress and homemade liquor. So much fun!!! Lovely people

Great work / thanks! An extra detail that would help me (and probably others) is a recommended time of year for destinations. Cheers! /Chris

Awesome video! Not quite ready to jump into full time travel - but looking for 2 - 3 weeks for a budget travel destination and maybe a not so budget thrown in :) Your videos are so informative, and the reviews are awesome. We are looking forward to going to these travel ideas in the future. I find the reviews of each destination about day trips and affordable accommodations excellent. Looking forward to your next year, the plans sound wonderful and the videos will be exciting to watch. Wishing you both happy and healthy travels!

I was super excited when I saw this video. I was hoping you’d do this list. It’s fun to see your perspectives of the places especially as you travel longer and your experiences change. I absolutely love Austria but I agree, it’s not cheap. This video helps me plan for the year ahead. Turkey has to be in the list this year. Thanks for your video

I'm heading back to Guatemala this year and trying Nicaragua next year. I need my budget to recover after spending last year in Italy. I'm still 3 years away from being able to travel year round. As always, thank you for the fantastic information and insights! Safe travels.

Great video as always! ❤ You should find a way to leverage your years of travel experience for profit. There are many people-more than you might realize-who fall into the "unlimited budget" category you mentioned in the video, and they likely have deep pockets. They would be willing to pay for your services, not just for advice but also for organizing a complete travel experience, including flights, connections, accommodations, and excursions. It may require more work, but it could be very rewarding. Cheers 🥂

As usual, a wonderfully informative video. Curious if time of year influences your destination choices and if visiting during peak or off peak seasons affects the old budget.
@BrianandCarrie11 минут бұрын
Yes, the time of year plays a big part in our destination choices! We always consider the cost differences of peak vs. off-season. We try to spend August and December at home, but we do still travel part of the busy season.

Not affordable any more, we are here in Antalya and it's no cheaper than staying home in Vancouver. Antalya is beautiful and we are loving it will be heading to Fetiya while we are here sure.

We were quite disappointed in San Miguel after so many years of hype. Stayed 3 days and could have left after 2. We travel a lot...long trips a few times a year. Asia, South America, Europe, North Africa. San Miguel very disappointing compared to so many other hyped and non-hyped places. Pass

Oaxaca is beautiful downtown you see that mountain in the background? Go up to the top and look down on the majority of the city and 80% of it is absolutely a dump especially on the opposite side of that mountain.
