Don't be disingenuous - America is not doing anything in Gaza. We can and should apologize for the Genocide and deprivation committed on the Indigenous American population, because those are documented facts *in American history* . The "Colonization" and settlement of America is something Americans can take responsibility for. The "ethnic cleansing" being committed by the Israelis and the IDF is not the sole responsibility of America. Not is America directly involved. Where is the EU in Gaza? Where is the Arab League? The UN is trying in small ways, but the IDF is shooting at their "peacekeepers" and aid workers. Where are the other supporters of Israel? Just like Germany, they are afraid of speaking up and saving Palestinian lives. Don't single out America for something they are not doing.
