Thank you for this Ma'am, but I'm so confused and actually kind of upset, that after spending literally hundreds of dollars getting copies of everything, (a lot of docs in color to show authenticity) including colored prints of dozens and dozens of photos that added up to over $200 just the photos alone, and Fed Ex-ing docs from overseas, etc, etc - ALL that were included in the initial package we sent for the Adjust of Status application, but now for our interview, they're asking for all of that yet again?! You would think they'd have all of that at the ready on their desk when we go all in front of them. So why must we go through the headache, huge time consumption and costly process of repeating this all over again? Thanks heaps for your kind consideration. :)

Hello, I am petitioning for my wife, however on I-130A (parent’s information part) she doesn’t know any informations on his dad, should we just leave it blank? Are they going to investigate her dad’s? Or is it just normal case for when a beneficiary lose contact with their parent? We’re just worried we are going to ask a lot of questions about her dad.

Good day to you Ma'am, I Am Rizajen and I am married to an American Citizen, We got I-130 approved but USCIS requested as to file the form I-824 and My Questions is; Incase the I-824 got approved do I need my US Citizen husband during on my interview at the local embassy (Manila Philippines ) or No need to. So what I don't understand is why do people say that it's scary that people get nervous etc etc if everything is legit you're just sitting in front of somebody answering questions that has happened in your life what's so hard about that??
