About Lester my opinion was based on the creativity of the ingredients, the presentation of the dish and obviously the judgment of the judges who tasted the food. LOVE the long length of these past 2 episodes, tonight's was a real night maker! Bye Elisa, she was so amazing always putting so much on the plate. We now have 2 chefs with 2 back to back wins in Jani and Lester! 🎉 I almost thought they'd give that to Matteo, I'd love to try that watermelon curry with how the judges decribed it. It all looked so good, good luck chefs!!

Agreed regarding the episode length! I love that we're seeing more of the judges trying the dishes, and it's always sad to see someone go. By the way, Elisa goes by they/them pronouns. I wish we could try all the dishes 😭 sooo good!

I'd love to go to Elisa's future tea house. We just came back from a holiday in Japan and my pen pal gave me a matcha set. Thought Matteo would win this one. I'm fortunate to have tried lots of his food in New York 2005-6 it's soooo delicious ❤

Such a difficult challenge. I must admit I have never tried fine dining before or after going vegan and I doubt I ever will. I am much more about taste than presentation and a bunch of small courses isn’t that appealing - which is just as well as I couldn’t afford it anyway.
