As someone with very long hair (nearly to top of thigh), I fully appreciate the “comeback” of scrunchies; they are much more gentle on the hair, particularly when growing it out! I think they look somewhat like flowers in the hair. Satin, silk, and chiffon ones are particularly pretty. I probably wouldn’t wear one to a black tie event for example, but just about any other time is great. Thank you for the Danish company recommendation!

OMG, been there done that. Remember Princess Diana ruffles? Not on this 71-year old body, will skate around it and do the classic look! Love the pastels but not for me. They look funny with grey hair. Thank you for the hints though!!!

Great video & love all these trends! I absolutely love your ruffle sleeve top, esp with the jeans. It's a simple top and the ruffled sleeves add interest. I love that sort of dressing! I have a few tops with ruffles myself and always enjoy wearing them usually with a pair of skinny black pants/jeans. I'm also a sucker for bell sleeves lol! Right now i'm loving statement earrings (and rings!) and have gone a little crazy buying them. I sometimes even wear them in the office (we're pretty relaxed) as long as they're not too humongous!! Wearing logo has always been so WANNABE and still is. Why on earth would anyone with a good body want to be an advertising board for any brand and what does wearing logos say for you other than you are dependent on someone else for your style or you had money to over spend on often not worth it in terms of quality merchandise. Seriously its time people grow up and realise it is the Person in the clothes that matter not the clothes on the person!

Trends are a waste of time and change every season. Trends say nothing about personal style or good taste. Be your own person, develop your own sense of style. Don't wait for some celebrity to tell you what to wear or not to wear.

There really is no line between simple evolution of fashion and trends, but I somewahta agree. Because we had a movement towrds slow fashion AKA Normcore, fashion insiders panicked, and now want as much detailing as they can fit on an item. Its no secret that things like Mules, pearl detailing, and tons of patches are going to be out of style as soon as you can blink.

Speaking as an expert on how to look like you have "old" money- Never, EVER wear anything with the designer's logo on it. Looking like you have old money means never drawing attention to yourself. You are Jackie, not Marilyn. No breast implants, no high heels, hair extensions, plumped lips or false eyelashes (yes, I'm talking about our first lady). You wear cloths with simple, classic lines that are not too revealing. Cut the labels out of everything. Dressing like you have money means finding expensive looking pieces that are simple and classic.
