I just want to let all those people that claim all these absolutely mouthwatering desserts as Turkish that a lot of Greek dishes (including these delights) were renamed during the ottoman occupation period so that the locals could keep making them. A lot of Turkish words we still use today (hellenized or not) and our dishes are no exception. Plus before anyone jumps into conclusions we should also bear in mind that Turkey is located right next to Greece therefore some ingredients, techniques , flavors etc. are obviously going to be shared. This also happens to a lot of different cultures that have same dishes with different names. Both countries are influenced by one another so I don’t really see the point of being possessive over some syrup. Oh, and some dishes may have the same name but they are baked and prepared differently with other ingredients sometimes as well

For those of your sorry bunch saying that those are stolen from the Turks you can go and search for the roots of those things. See that even the ones that are believed to be from Turkey aren't actually Turkish

Or all those who claim, that these are Turkish delights, history is the answer. The Turk adapted these delights, from the areas they invated, so not only from Greece. The Turk are historical not originated, from the area they now live in. They are, when we can believe historie normads, first seen at the borders from China. Please look it up if you like. These are desserts, which are made not only in Greece, they made in many countries around, the mediterranean See.

Greece existed long before Turkey, Turkish cities were founded by the Greeks, all Turkish cities in the Aegean are Greek. Turkey was founded in 1923; Mustafa Kamal was born in Thessaloniki, a Greek city. Mustafa Kamal looks more Greek than the Asian Ottomans.

They were all invented by non-Turks living in the countries that were occupied by the Ottoman empire. For example, 10 comes from Iran and 9 comes from Egypt. Hence they shoudl be identified through the land of origin not just because the Ottomans occupied the land,

If you're going to steal food or dessert from Turkish culture, first take an example of the appearance of the exterior, then you made up a new name.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

@@giorgosx5838 Ignorant and stupid friend, we assimilated you for at least 600 years. You are a poor nation that offers Turkish dishes and desserts even to the tourists whose Greek culture is over. Moreover, almost all of them go and learn. How can the Turkish nation grown in Central Asia steal culture or food from the Greek empires developing in poor and dirty Europe? Even if you build logic, you will understand that the Greek nation is poor. Dealing with the Syrians will go to assimilate you soon.👏👏👏
@giorgosx5838

Şaşani Sülüman Poor nation says a Turkish guy. Check your economics and see that you are in a shittier position than us. Imagine that. And I'm telling you that almost all of the Turkish dishes aren't Turkish. Tell me one and I'll tell you it's roots. If it's a poor and dirty Europe why do you wanna join it then ya fuckwits? If you build logic you'll understand that none of your statements are backed on proof and have no value whatsoever. All things you said are biased and insulting. Ig I can't expect more from a Turk can I? The Syrians you killed you mean? Bc the immigrants you use as extortion to get money aren't Syrian you numbskulls. Must be nice being a braindead terrorist of a country with even more braindead and brainwashed citizens
@giorgosx5838
@giorgosx5838 4 жыл бұрын
Şaşani Sülüman Wow, you have enough braincells to think? That's new. No smart Greeks lmao. Check who has more scientists and doctor that excel in Greece or in other countries. In Sweden for example they have a law now that has Greek doctors hired before Swedish doctors bc the Greek ones they believe are better. I don't see a law like that for Turks. I don't even know any well know Turkish scientist or doctor. Your economy can not get worse?That's why your gdp per capita is lower? You don't beg fr money and we don't either. We ask but you extort. All the immigrants yu used to get money. You got 6 billion for the refugees bc you were asking for money to keep them Lmfao. Gay throughout history? In the ancient times the cases or people that were going with men were existent yes but they weren't the majority like today. The difference is that back then being gay wasn't a thing and as such not something that yu Muslims should care about. I heard something about you killing them or something? Very civilised. Your fame. Your fame has always been that of a criminal nation. 3 genocides and so much more. Must be fun killing people since you do it so much. It's a sport there now. The money you got from EU is what you used so another inaccuracy there. I don't have a problem with Turks to make things clear. I don't like being cussed at though. If you wanna talk in a civilised way we can talk properly.

@@giorgosx5838 My good friend, let me start with scientists first. Our scientists generally work in countries like America. In arms technology, we give projects or partnerships to countries such as Russia and America. about military elements in it because not many people know much turkey. Because there are too many scientists (health, weapons, technology), brain drain is experienced. The economy only increases the number of the rich poor always poor. Already can be millions of dollars in the bank even if you have not beggars earn money on the turkey, the reason for the poor countries wanting to enter the risky jobs or Download be dumb (can influence a lot more, but not really very difficult to earn money). You told us that we killed innocent people about the refugee, do you have evidence? No, why are you talking without knowing the situation? Did you watch videos of terrorists torturing Syrians in Syria? Have you ever been tortured or tortured?Have you seen children buried in the ground after killing their parents and torturing them? We killed the terrorist stored in the turkey before entering Syria. Then, when we entered Syria, the free Syrian army was formed as we hope for the people who suffer. The Syrian who wanted his life went and became a soldier. I saw Syrians who thought they were prophets. Did we carry out genocide, is there evidence or historical sources? French, Greek, British, Armenian ........ we have accepted that many nations wanted to live with us in the past. Then we asked for home and work. Then they said the state quaz, they tried to attack us on our land and genocide, they had crowds and equipment, but we were all rooted. If we liked to shed blood, most of the nations would not be at the moment, especially the Greek nation.
