Number 5 bugs me, as a Walmart associate my advice is if someone is following you, and you get nervous DO NOT confront them go to the nearest associate and tell them. They will stick with you and bring you to a manger and they will handle the situation. I've had your do this myself a woman and her child were being followed by a man throughout the whole store, and came to me I kept an eye on the surroundings and brought her to the deli/bakery we called one of the managers and he finished her shopping with her. Those are situations Walmart takes very very seriously, so allow us to do our jobs and make things comfortable for you and everyone else in the store.

The Stroller Man was probably trying to pull a kind of scam, maybe thinking if he rammed the baby stroller into the car, he could sue the driver for hitting him and the "baby". Good thing the driver reversed his car and got away!

There was a scam once here (Australia) that thankfully didn't become too common, where aboriginal people along a certain isolated stretch of road would place a baby car seat in the middle of the road (with a baby in it) or have a small child stand in the middle of the road and when someone would stop...because what decent person wouldn't...a group of them would come out of the bushes at the side of the road and rob them. It was a very low income region but robbing someone is disgraceful, and risking a baby like that is disgusting

Unrelated, but still scary: One night, I had read that if you wake up at around 3 to 4 AM, someone or something was staring at you. I decided that, that was enough for a night and went to sleep. I woke up seemingly instantly and sleepily looked at my phone for the time - 3:00 something AM. The sleepiness was gone as soom as I remembered the thing I read shortly before sleeping. I felt so scared in that moment, I had no clue what was going to happen. If it wasn't coincidence, anything could be staring at me in the moment, something possibly dangerous. I looked around frantically, trying to make sure it was just paranoia and I was fine. Then I spotted a small figure staring straight at me. I jumped a bit in fear. Then I realized.... It was my cat. She was staring at me while I was sleeping. I think she wanted food. (I'm not kidding though, this is an actual story. If ghosts don't spook you, cats will.)
