The Rise tower in Monterrey, Mexico is not only a project it was confirmed by the mayor of the city it will be 440meters tall(the height of willis tower in Chicago) It will start construction in June 2021

Malaysia should be on no. 7. On August 2019, the tallest building in Malaysia was Exchange 106 Tower, 492 meters, not Petronas Twin Towers, and this building is the tallest building in South East Asia, but will be the second when PNB118 Merdeka Tower complete this year.
