My issues and technical knowledge are in regard to interlaced NTSC video, not progressive as in this example.

I just payed for the $300 video 1... 2 things do I have to render it before i export to get the effect or just export? And do i have to stretch or have the black bars on the side when it crops the image. Had to redo a render to remove them then that stretched the video to much and cut off my clients logo

why is my Topaz taking 5 hrs to enhance a 20 second video?. i used the preset enhance to 4k and 60fps

That's very demanding work💀 Upscaling by itself is pretty fast depending on your hardware. But adjusting the framerate takes a LONG TIME. what are your pc specs, 5 hours is sus.

A warning - if you cannot activate through their ridiculous web-based system you will not be able to use your expensive license. You will see the dreaded "Endpoint request timed out" and you are stuck in trial mode. And no way to contact them. AVOID
