Topdon Tornado 90000 Battery Charging Station Part 1

Using the Topdon Tornado 90000 charging station and seeing what it can do. Finding out Topdon has made some changes and there might be some problems it appears.
Update: I received a reply from Topdon about if the charger still has boost capability. Their answer was "no it does not".
Part 3, I was the problem, not the charger.

Your manual may be wrong. It should run through the 9 modes when charging normal/agm/cold. It should not run through those modes in repair mode.
