14:35 Okay, so I've seen Iron Man's ult blowing up on contact with a hero that "get down Mr. President" it before. Hell, it happened multiple times after. Why did it just pass through the Punisher without actually blowing up like that?

Not 100% sure but I think punisher's hurtbox and collisionboxes are disjointed when he's on his turret. The collision is on the turret, not punisher, and the pulse cannon needs to hit a collision box to explode.

The second strange failing is launch may have been from a bad frame rate. Bug in the game prevents you from flying as far with strange when launched through a portal or when flying
