That three part interview was great, really enjoyed it. But I still think "Did you know" is correct because the singer is asking Mary if she knew 'back then' when she held the baby, DID she know.

"Did you know?" is correct. "Do you know/" brings it to present tense.

I understood when I first heard the song "Mary, Did You Know", that the song actually was "asking" Mary IF she realized AT THAT TIME, the questions in this song, and I STILL understand this song in the same way, NO matter WHO thinks the song was titled wrong, and/or wrote with the wrong wording/lyrics.Gloria Gaither might have had good intentions when she said that to Mark, but I believe that this song was placed in Mark's heart BY THE LORD GOD HIMSELF, so who was Gloria Gaither to "attempt" ANY humankind "correction" over GOD?

Sadly mark died in April 2021. You are sorely missed on earth. The comedy stage in heave has got to be greater!
