KZ is "one of a kind," as you guys are starting to notice and this song is another example of why we love her so much: the creativity, the powerful emotions, the stage swag, her unique rapping style and just the way she brands each song and adds that "KZ twist" EVERY SINGLE time.....INSANE! And as you're probably starting to realize via the comments: The INSANE thing about this performance was that she was singing AND rapping half of that song in CHINESE. KZ is not Chinese! Thank you for genuinely appreciating our KZ 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 In this song, she was actually singing Chinese Mandarin for the non-English parts, & she doesn't really speak that language. She just did it to show appreciation to the Chinese audience, 'cause this was supposedly her last appearance on the show, hence, her farewell song since she got eliminated the week before this. For us who followed that show, we were really emotional back then when she sang this 😭😭😭 I do encourage you to get to know the other artists on the Singer show as well (e.g. HuaChenYu, Deng'Er, Wang Feng, etc.). They're a lot of great artists there, I promise 😉🙊🙈🙉 Btw, Jessie J was the winner that season. 😊

Ummmm... Regarding Ez & KZ comparison... I'm a fan of both, but even though they are similar in a lot of areas, I do not think it's fair to compare ✌🏼😬 For the rapping, lyric/song composition, production, & playing multiple instruments, I'd say Ez is superior. Let's never forget that whatever Ez has produced, he has done "everything" by himself, & that's gotta get him plus points. 🙊🙈🙉 KZ once said that she isn't a rapper, that she's just able to talk really fast, & I think she said that, because she's a real fan of that genre & knows what a real rapper is about. She does writes her own songs, but she admits she's not at par with other song writers who are gifted hitmakers, since most of her personal hitsongs are composed by someone else. She even jokingly said a few times that her songwriter friends could just sneeze & a hitsong would be born, while she needs to let her song ideas sit for a long while, with countless revisions before she'd be satisfied to put them out. Although during the pandemic, she was able to produce several songs, that are awesome in my book, but somehow fell short of the public's preferences 😌 Still, it's because she is self-aware of her own strengths & weaknesses, that she is always on a lookout for new learnings, collaboration with other artists, & personal growth, while keeping true to herself, her musical stands, & artistry. This character of hers is what I, personally, adore & respect much about her as a person & an artist ❤ Nevertheless, with song arrangements, stage presence, & emotional transference during a performance, I do think KZ is much superior than Ez. She's truly gifted melodically, & she has more years of experience. 👊🏼😉 Lastly, let's just all appreciate how they're both eclectic & do well in any genre we've seen them so far. They both deserve much love & respect for their music. No need for comparison, since we're all waiting on that collab anyway 💁🏻 It's all good! 😁
