On 39:00 minutes, 13 26 39 42 --+ 120 42/120 = 0.35. I don't know 0.33 comes from. Any idea?

The numbers don't represent proportions, they are just used to index the topics. 0.33 is an arbitrary proportion he assigned to topic nr 42 for illustration
