Very important, but why Govt and NACO ignored the importance of its hard working staff.. , employees under NACO working for more than a decades were treated inhumanly like modern slavery or Modern Zamindari system. Most of the employees are currently in a condition which they called burnout or in a stressful life. It is very important in this program to have workers that were reproductive and efficient in the system, but they were treated in an ill manner ways. Only they control is their employees forcefully

They CONTROL their own working staff FORCEFULLY Never apply any job under NACO programme.. its a waste of time. No EPF, no health insurance, low pay range etc.... Its an organisation that introduced you struggles and poorness for your entire life and entire family... It will affect your economic, psychological and your age entirely
