I agree! Thinking it was an accurate historical drama is what kept me from watching it for so long in the first place, I like fanfiction, not documentaries 🤣

I need to catch up on Bridgeton I saw the 1st season and liked it. The costumes are inaccurate but so beautiful that I don't care.
