i used 0.025% capsicain gel on my dislocated arm due to pain, it relieved the pain? YES!!! But i couldnt sleep due to the burning sensation, even after showering (not recomended to shower cause muscles and joints are hot, and hot and cold dont mix well, etc.), the area where i applied the cream was red like a sunburn. I applied the cream around 11pm, went to bed, couldnt sleep, at around 1230am i woke up on a 2nd wave of burning sensation. The cream works wonders if you can withstand its power.😂😢😅

The lowest strength will not cause burning sensation..but oh know the feeling after applied upper strength..cream saved my sanity re pain from perineal tendinitis..🇨🇦

I have a tube of Arthritis Pain Relieving Cream High Potency .075 % Capsaicin Topical Analgesi by Rubgy. Its really strong and works. Dont rub your eyes though, haha !
