I’ve been working at a STEM summer camp and during lunch we let the kids watch science-y youtube videos (usually a lot of Mark Rober). The other day a kid asked if we could watch Topper Guild, I said no cause I kinda remembered who that was but I was 99% sure he wasn’t a science channel. Well now I’m 100% sure, kid you wanted me to put this guy on for science camp???

It always drives me nuts that a lot of people make original content and are different than pretty much everyone else in their genre but they're not who makes it big. The people who look, act, talk and even dress like influencers who are already big, and who make the exact same videos as those influencers, are somehow the ones making the most money.

These type of content creators are infuriating when there's so MANY small creators thag deserve so much attention, like Jake for an example.
