Looks like typical Topps - they screw it up initially, and when given the chance to make it right, they make it worse with a slap in the face. The same thing typically happens with redemptions. What a joke.

I would be so pissed off if one of my autographed cards from a box was Jose Canseco. Topps should have Never put him in boxes of cards.

Not even in the same stratosphere, but I had a damaged 2024 flagship blueprint, blue parallel, and they replaced it with a base version. When I inquired, they said to send a pic of the original, which I didn’t have. Lesson learned, but gimme a break

Look at North Carolina collector, something along those lines. He had an issue where he got back like 1/10th the value (similar to yours), it was a damaged Corbin Carroll lids exclusive orange auto /25 and they sent him garbage back. He complained again (politely) and they sent him back some actual value. Id do the same if I were you, I would be BEYOND pissed if that’s what came back to me. Did they forget about an entire CASE damaged?

$2000 only got back $200 to $300. That’s why I don’t buy Topps. Had an Albert Pujols damage auto, send it back. Got a Brent Honeywell back. Lost a HOF maybe a $300 dollar card for a $20 auto
