Nice of Topps for making good on those expired redemptions. Especially since they advise "may be expired" and not necessary to replace if so. I had a similar experience with Topps with missing hits/damaged cards. They sent me a great care package and I did a tutorial on how to submit claims forms. Also great rips!

Yea, for sure. I had an UpperDeck 'wild card' rookie redemption from a 2015 or 2016 hockey set, was already expired when I opened the pack. I asked them about a replacement in 2020, and they told me they only do replacements for expired autographs. I wasnt too happy...

I don't and never have traded cards. I probably haven't bought a package for > 35 years (for the bubble gum). Candidly, I don't actually watch any sports anymore ... but this makes me want to buy a package of Topps cards, just to reminisce and support a company that seems to be very good to their customers. I dont know whats more irritating, someone getting their expired redemptions attended to, or those of us who are still stuck waiting over a year + or some even much longer on legit redemptions sent in and not being honored or addressed by topps. Anyway, I guess im just jealous. Congrats on getting a response at least.

I am a fan of Topps vs other cards companions as they seem to be the only ones who cars when it comes to timely redemptions or replacements of damaged cards. Panini is horrible and I am still at odds for my replacement cards from last year.

I sent one in the first week of January and they just loaded it to my open redemptions yesterday. They did however tell me it could take over ten weeks for it to appear. I lucked out with less than three weeks. Now I’ll just wait for it to be signed and shipped like any other redemption. Good luck!
