3 Magic Moves For A Better Toss

A consistent toss is fundamental to a good serve. You can't be an advanced player without a good serve. It's a rite of passage. The toss is actually much harder to master than the rest of the serve. I use to toss like Wrawrinka but ended up tossing like Fed, parallel to baseline since I could get a better coil and it helps hit that ad side wide serve. It is harder because you have to loop it back accurately particularly on the deuce side. And I agree with you, it's not recommended for beginners or intermediate players. You really have to be advanced to do it. I like to have a very loose tossing arm and I like to finish palm to sky to facilitate the full extension. Thanks for the vid.

The toss is the boss on the serve. If you have an inconsistent toss, you will have an inconsistent serve. Thanks for your comment Wally! JF
