Totally true. Snooze the alarm and waste time on social media can kill productivity. We wake up refreshed and energized. So that is the time to complete the hardest tasks. If you have a daily routine and a to-do list, it's no matter you sleep for 10 hours. you will always get a productive day.

Thank you for this useful reminder of the importance of a good morning routine. In terms of communication it is more efficient to tell people what they SHOULD do rather than what they should NOT do. Indeed one keep in mind easily the actions you talked about but have to do an extra effort to remember that little particle "not" to get the correct instruction ; )

I don't really have nighties or pajamas. Since I'm unemployed and at home 24/7, I just wear Tshirts and jogging pants as my home outfit, day and night. Maybe that explains number 5. Perhaps this can also be applicable in hairstyle. I'm not comfortable with my hair tied. But when I do (when I'm about to clean), I become productive and have many things done.

Another trick to staying off your phone when you wake up is to have a rule of not charging the phone overnight so that when the morning alarm goes off, not only will you be switching off the alarm but also have to plug it onto a charger, doing that one extra activity wakes the brain up+you get to spend some time away from your phone and use your power hour to do something productive like meditate, exercise or take a cold shower
