I don't know the exact numbers, but as AP bombs bounce on water, Pen capacity decreases. As far as I can see, it can penetrate the citadels of BBs like Montana and Thunderer at close drops. In other words, Pen is 400mm and above.

@dzello doesn't matter, ship is too strong anyways. Like hildebrand and Libertad too. This isn't balance at all. Either they give huge buffs to old ships like Montana in mobility or huge nerfes on new ships that have as BB better mobility than most destroyers
